Step into the Conscious Impact Program, an inspiring adventure with the aim of increasing your impact as a person, a professional and (co)leader of changes in today's world. A fascinating experience journey into both your own nature and the vastness of nature itself. Take a week away from your daily life and get to know and align yourself with the emerging future. The Home

During the Conscious Impact Program you will stay at The Home. A traditional Catalan Finca, located in the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees. Completely transformed into a luxurious and contemporary breeding ground for the pioneers and leaders of today and tomorrow.

The Home is also the cradle of the Muga Valley Project, in which ± 100,000 ha. (!) of forest is regenerated in collaboration with all stakeholders in the area for the next seven generations. A place where the future is already taking place.

The Home is part of the mondial SDG places.

Program

The program is structured along the five dimensions of the Inner Development Goals. Each day is structured around one of the dimensions;Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating and Acting. We use many active and reflective forms during the program. We work on all levels of your talent: mental (IQ), physical (FQ), emotional (EQ) and spiritual (SQ).

Current theory is linked to direct experiences. In between sessions there is space and time to reflect on yourself and your (professional) purpose in this world. Of course you can also enjoy some quality time.  And there is an opportunity for personal coaching. For whom

This program is intended for people with initiative and the drive to make a difference. So far, (senior) managers from organizations in the private and public sector, experts, coaches and (social) entrepreneurs have participated. The ages vary and range from 30 to 60+ years old.

The similarities between them are a great curiosity for further personal growth and for new or different ways of thinking and acting. All were looking to make an impact with what they do, what they can do and especially with who they are. The group size varies between ten to twelve participants.

Results

‘It is a great gift to myself and to my organization,’ said one participant. It is not easy to describe the fullness of this gift. In any case, it includes:

• You (re)connect with your ‘inner call’, with your intention.

• Concrete starting points and clarity about how to take your next steps, both on a personal and professional level.

Investment

The cost of this adventure is € 3,950 excluding VAT. This includes accommodation, all healthy meals, accompanying drinks, and transportation during the program. Two online evening sessions and a closing live afternoon session are included as a follow-up. Travel expenses to Figueres in Spain are not included.
